Poor home warranty….BUYER BEWARE

Hi I prepaid for parts and o out for a dishwasher repair. It turned out he didnt need one of the parts. Total cost was $271.89 but I paid $613.79. Service order number is 4190****. Please advise when I will get refund. Thanks. Gavin

No response from Sears Home Service

Update by user May 25, 2021 Sears actually cancelled the repair order and stated that they would not be responsible for any repair.The part actually became available after 3 months and I received two of them. It is now up to me to try to install the part and see if that actually was the problem….

Poor response to fixing my Whirlpool Dryer

Original review updated by user May 23, 2021 First call, appt. set; service date 3/30/2021 was a no-show. later, and now I”m on hold for 63 min!! May 24 the service rep. will finally finish the job. User’s recommendation: Question if repair by local repair service would be better!
