I have now been waiting for Two MONTHS to get my washer repaired. I received a call that a technician will be at my door the following day; cancel my day/miss work and I GET NOTHING!! No serviceman !!

Serviceman NEVER shows up. They say they are back-logged. Im sorry…hire more technicians!! They make you pay upfront for service and dont deliver User’s recommendation: Buyer beware.
