Charges and Ability to Contact Billing Department

Needed a repair on a dryer. The repairman was in my home 20 minutes and needed to actual replace the heating fuse to see if that was the problem. Which it was. After 3 months and contact to Sear thru Pissed Consumer I was contacted by Sears in the US. All previous attempts to contact Sear went through the Philippines. Sear made contact and said they would credit my credit card.

I have an unrepairable refrigerator and Sears uses a 3rd party for their service techs. And now my refrigerator is determined unrepairable by the tech Sears tells me they cannot reach him
