Unauthorized continuation of program

Company continued delivery of Fertilizer to home without authorization. They disregarded my instructions to cancel the previous years plan, charged my charge card. Shipped without approval and expected me to cover cost of return User’s recommendation: Don’t give Scott’s your charge info.
