Can product be spread after a rain or must it be watered in?

There was no complaint. I merely called for information and I believe it was too late in the day. I did not leave any other sort of message, certainly not anything suggesting I was irritated.

The contents of weed and feed are wet. This was an un opened bag

The bag was unopened when opened I discovered the contents were wet. Bags were purchased at Costco. 12000 Square foot each bag. CallEd Scotts I was told they get back with me within 48 hours. Mulch is inconsistent

Bought 50 bags of black mulch. 40 of the bags were the same consistency and color. The last 10 bags were completely different consistency and color. Same bags, same brand but apparently because they came from different lots (local manufacturers) the mulch was completely different. One was bark and the other was finer. Now my front yard... Weed and feed

It rained after applying Scotts weed and feed. Will it be okay? It rained about 3 minutes, hard. It was NOT supposed to rain! User’s recommendation: If it rains it won’t kill the weeds, but will feed the lawn. Wait 30 days and reapply.
