I needed help on how to attach the edger to the pole. I didn’t get thru bcuz they wanted me to press this number for this info, next recording asked me to press another number for this info, it was very confusing and then I was disconnected User’s recommendation: don’t bother using this service.

My weed and feed fertilizer bag came sliced open and spilled

United parcel s came and delivered and the bag on top was sliced open and spilled the other bag was not. So lost my product It looked like a machine had sliced it was a clean cut. Will you replace?

Zoysia grass and triple action weed and feed

Is Scotts triple action weed and feed safe to use on Zoysia grass? The bag directions says for Zoysia grass, but online I read to only use Scotts triple action weed and feed for southern lawns. I live in Pennsylvania and can’t buy the southern type. Thanks

I purchased grass seed. I got nothing. My soul has 0 sprouts. I have to pay $9.00 to return my unused portion. It’s not worth it. Very disappointed

To get a part that broke for the second time different spreader

Nothing no one answered. Called 5 times today still no response ! Need to hire people to help at least answer the phone. They said in a recording they will call back in 24 to 48 hours. ( really ) User’s recommendation: Don’t call no one will answer.
