I’ve been trying calling the Customer Care for assistance, for an urgent matter, but some numbers are not in service and the 800 x Members is simply ridiculously a scam, repeating there are 30/45 minutes waiting list after an hour and a half nothing changed. User’s recommendation: DO NOT LOOSE TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
My revision surgery will be covered but I still have no information regarding the coverage for prosthetic nipples. If they are covered I don’t know how to get them paid for.
For 23 business days (so far) I have been trying to get any live body in AVMED’s member services dept to answer the phone, and I wait “on hold” as long as 3 hours at a time and NEVER ONCE did any call go through. EVER! This is miserably pathetic and absolutely unacceptable from a large insurance...

Very poor service
The phone screen broke, he was insured to repair the toll. And then problems arise. You cannot change the screen for a month and a half. It is written that the required detail is a deficit.
