Poor service

A water meter replacement was requested, the master had to arrive between 16-00 to 17-00. At 17-06 call to make sure the master really arrives, or, however, what happened and will not. I received an affirmative reply that the master would arrive, only you had to delay - well, all years. The next day's lunch time has arrived, so the master will not show up, and I have not received any explanation for the situation. I definitely do not recommend cooperating with this service provider if your time is important!
