Attacked in my hotel

SO AN AMERICAN AIRLINES CUSTOMER FELL OUT OF HER WHEELLV(COST $72,000) really at that price it should have pick her up and driven her to the gate. OH well. YOUR HOTEL TRIES TO ROB YOU!!

I purchased a vacation plan with american american airlines with Hotel Scandic in Copenhagen. We stayed there May 7-10, 2019. On the morning of may 10th around 10:00 am a hotel employee burst into our room with his key without knocking or announcing himself.
