YOUR HOTEL TRIES TO ROB YOU!!

I purchased a vacation plan with american american airlines with Hotel Scandic in Copenhagen. We stayed there May 7-10, 2019. On the morning of may 10th around 10:00 am a hotel employee burst into our room with his key without knocking or announcing himself. I immediately confronted Florin who addmitted he committed the crime. Breaking and entering. He did NOT have a cart or ANY OTHER REASON TO BE THERE. He said he would report it, but he lied and did not, saying it did not happen. The problem is that my wife was naked as she walked to the bathroom. She was so startled that she fell to the right and hit her head on a sharp edge of a nite stand. I was immediately behind her but there was nothing I could do prevent her injury. She was taken to the hospital and received stitches without anesthesia(photos are available) I immediately complained to the manager, Mogens Jorgensen, who promised he would "take care of it" Well after returning he state so sorry so sad, too bad and will not accept the costs of her trauma.
