No I havent recieved any solution yet, neither with a new gift card with pin nor with a call even a email response. Bad information and lack off Customer Service response. Poorly informed Staff.

Called prior to placing order and given bad information. Needed to order two sizes to ensure had for daughters wedding. Bad Internet

Liva's Internet is useless. Every night it has problems, guilt is slow, or pings jump in the sky. I do not recommend anyone to sign a contract with this company. Maybe someone knows how to terminate a contract without penalty?
