Dangerous tub

Brought 2012 and since then been issues and have life warranty on parts but not labor change $139.00 an hour and services are bad won’t help to resolve problems and the company want to deal with you after two years up on labor. Best check other companies that has life time warranty on parts AND LABOR

Looking to get something repaired on my tub. The “lever:” that keeps the door closed – is not functioning as it should … it will barely cover the plate on the door … barely…

Tub leaking

After multiple attempts, they were finally able to fix the leak to my satisfaction and I am enjoying it very much. User’s recommendation: I had some issues which were very disappointing, but was finally able to work things out.

Resolved: Non delivery of product-poor customer service

Update by user Mar 31, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. The company reduced the price of the tub by $500 and set up an installation date that was convenient. They were aware that I filed a BBB, AG complaint and Consumers Affairs.
