Need to get a replacement for a broken recliner I paid for insurance in case it broke and I am getting the run around about my concern that it is damage,it leaning to the side the back can not support my back properly. I have health issues.

No one has come for installation from last 2 days. We call customer care and they always say technician will come. But no one has come till now.
