as for me, i’ll never use them again

Connection slow to start. Heavy on the promotion. During access, session froze. Billing continued for months. Company refused to refund more than 2 months. Only after 3 months was acknowledgement sent that a perpetual account was in effect. Even then, no mention of a monthly fee. As for me, I'll NEVER use them again.

I have tried to call Boingo Customer Service to cancel but they never answer. There is never a human being on there, just a long wait. When you contact them via their Support email address, they do respond but make you call them to cancel and then the same voice mail hell!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS... Read more➤

spoiled party

We had decided to make a child's birthday - a 5th anniversary! McDonalds just opened in Darwin, so the child chose this place! We ordered a party with my husband for 12. 06 18:00 directly in mcdonald, where it turned out that someone Leo wrote on the forms both the child's name and the number of guests; we also ordered a cake! However, 12. 06. Coming to the party with all the children, it turned out that the party was not ordered at all. The "restaurant manager" himself - (sounds bad, doesn't it!) Leo Benkitis told us that if there is no order and signature, then sorry and if you want, come and order here. Of course we didn't stay there. The child's birthday was spoiled. Telling friends about this incident the next day, it was concluded that this was not the first timewhen party reservations in Darwin Mcdonald disappear. Check 25 times to make sure your reservation is valid before coming to the party!
