Installation not done

No one has come for installation from last 2 days. We call customer care and they always say technician will come. But no one has come till now. Sometime they say today we will do it sometimes says today not possible. The way they talks it seems they are not coming for installation. This is the worst ever service by royaloak. User's recommendation: Don't buy products from royaloak.
