Purchase King Size Mattress Set on May 23rd, 2020 Tuscaloosa AL Store Beauty Rest Daydream Set on Display in Store paid Debit/Cash Full Price up Front with Delivery Cost. Received Delivery on June 10th Set was Not of same Quality on Display in Store. Return to Store on June 15th because I couldn't get through by phone &;;;;;;;;;;; I was Working. I made a complaint to Store about returning set because I hadn't slept on It wanted a Set of the same Quality as Store Display. The only solution I was given they would have to send someone out for a Inspection. So they would have someone contact me from a 3rd party Business that handle the Inspections. Never heard from anyone til a week later to follow up to see if anyone call me for an appointment. After all this finally I called them left a message to receive a Text from then for appointment a Month Out on July 17th, 2020. I told them it was not acceptable to Far Out to Long of Wait. I'm still stuck with these Mattresses that Felt like a used cardboard plank. So you want to inspect after 6 week's so you tell Me theirs No defects only normal usage since I don't have my original Mattresses any longer. Store Manager needs more Training in Customer Services because it Sucks. The whole experience has been Horrible. I will Never Purchase anything else there and Advise any Friend's & Family not to shop there. If I don't get a Resolution Soon I'm reporting your Business to Better Business Bureau. Pissed.
