Known Scam, Surface

Hello! I do not recommend changing the apartment water meter with this company's plumber. Cheated on me for 70 l and inaccurately filled deed (for 1 month. The expiration date of the meter was reduced because it was recorded on 01.02. And it is not yet known whether the readings of the counted meters were accurately recorded, because nothing prevented me from looking at them, everything is in the act, so I do not recommend this company., or at least all readings before taking a picture.
