Wring zipcode

Nothing i was told to wait for the order i have been waiting for 3weeks for my orders i noticed my zip code was wrong so that tells me i won’t receive my stuff an i will be out of 150 dollars
My old address was on the order instead of the new one. They said it should be resolved in like a week. User’s recommendation: Make sure the company has your most recent address before you order anything.

Internet and Digital TV

I have been connected to Liva's Internet for 6 years and I am very sorry every year. The speed of the Internet never coincides with the speed indicated in the contract, it drops slower at night, the public Internet does not disappear, as well as during holidays and simply in the middle of the day. There are always problems with their modems, cables, servers. Another problem is their digital TV, which broke the chip a week after it was installed.
