Trying to place order

Well after placing an order it can’t give me a shipping date it just says standard shipping but you know a standard shipping you should know about what time you will get your packages
I ordered my items for Valentines Day on 2/1/2021. Said it would take approximately 7-10 days. We postponed the party due to weather until this Sunday 2/21/2021, still NO PACKAGE! WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?????!!!!!

Internet and Digital TV

I have been connected to Liva's Internet for 6 years and I am very sorry every year. The speed of the Internet never coincides with the speed indicated in the contract, it drops slower at night, the public Internet does not disappear, as well as during holidays and simply in the middle of the day. There are always problems with their modems, cables, servers. Another problem is their digital TV, which broke the chip a week after it was installed.
