My items got returned

Yes, my package arrived on May 3rd, it got sent back because wrong address. I was notified, I sent correct address paid shipping and package should be on its way to 1202 Fox Hollow Amarillo Texas 79108 User’s recommendation: Always make sure you put the correct address.
The glasses where BROKEN I ordered it for Christmas and, it came almost a year late and I kept saying just cancel and refund and they just kept saying it was on its way finally it came in a million pieces! I let them know and they didnt believe me so now another year has passed and... Read more➤
The bra’s were too tight and they ripped .I would like a refund please I think your prices are great but your bras run a little too tight. Please refund my money User’s recommendation: Just make sure u buy one size bigger than what u normally buy.
When checking my account I realized that the city was wrong on my address. I received a ticket saying that my address couldnt be verified so I sent the correct address. However its been 2 weeks and I havent received anything.
Can’t get help with my orders that I need only exchanges on. The info the send me is like stereo instructions. I’m very disappointed. I loved shopping with them but if it’s getting harder to just do an exchange, I will stop shopping there.

Internet and Digital TV

I have been connected to Liva's Internet for 6 years and I am very sorry every year. The speed of the Internet never coincides with the speed indicated in the contract, it drops slower at night, the public Internet does not disappear, as well as during holidays and simply in the middle of the day. There are always problems with their modems, cables, servers. Another problem is their digital TV, which broke the chip a week after it was installed.
