DMV needs a verification insurance card (notice to intent to suspend my registration on my car)

i have policy with Root Auto Insurance. i’m wondering if dmv received any papers or documents showing that i have insurance it go into effect on 05/01/21. notice of intent to suspend its serious. other company took me for a ride. so please can u look into it.
