Wouldn’t represent me

someone ran into me it was the other drivers fault the cops said it was the other drivers fault but they wouldnt accept my claim or help me get my car which was totaled replaced.ont do itdood User’s recommendation: steer clear its a waste of money.

Said I was not eligible

I do not have the old car and cancelled the policy. Now it is stating I am not eligible for root! That is wrong and why am I not when I paid for it over and over ! User’s recommendation: If you cancel you are not eligible.

Current customer Root would not work with me to lower insurance instead have all excuses that I cannot control to help me lower my insurance instead keep going up.

Your representative only would talk about things I could not change instead of being sympathetic in my concerns in trying to lower my insurance instead of raising them every 6 months??? User’s recommendation: Work with you current customers and keep them happy.

Unable to get my Vehicle repaired- Worst Insurance Company to deal with

This is by far the wort company to deal with. Their client caused an accident and the agent involved to DATE do not know the parties involved and who is who. I made a claim about me Hydroplane of the road and the guy told me to give them a picture of my call logs and from there they stop answering the phone and basically they said Im drop from the insurance policy with no reason behind it. User’s recommendation: Worst company.
