Bought our retro 175 brand new and in one year the particle board flooring rotted out with no way to fix it. Called company and noone will call us back about floors at all! User’s recommendation: Do not buy!
This Riverside Whitewater 827 has been nothing but problems from the day I bought it. Awning separated from the side of RV, wheel bearing caps fell off, Electrical connector shorted, water leaks caused floor rot, Upholstery deteriorated, outside speakers blown, rust issues. *** Piece of *** User’s recommendation: Do Not Waste your money on a Riverside RV.
Bought a brand new 2017 Riverside Retro Toyhauler from Holiday World in League City, Texas and the camper had. Broken pea trap in shower stall, thus flooding the camper and after that was fixed found a ceiling leak above entry door and has been at Holiday World now 4 months being repaired.
