Ring doorbell sucks

Worst product I ever bought. There is no product support. QVC is also charging me $7.00 to return the piece of garbage they misrepresented. User’s recommendation: Run away from Ring and QVC.

Help support sucks, when you call for suport all they try to do sale you something , no help.
