My direct deposit has disappeared

A direct deposit of $484.22 entered my account last night around 8:30 pm. I switched the money to my savings account and now it is no longer there. No other transactions have been made since the direct deposit. I need my money today I have to pay bills

They steal your money. And their customer service is automated so its pretty much guaranteed that your issue will never get resolved. User’s recommendation: Do not use the bank card.

Yall held my money hostage and then charged me $75 in overdraft fees

Do not use this card. They will rob you blind of all your hard earned money. They held my money hostage after a voided transaction for almost two weeks leaving me stranded out of state on the side of the road. And then charged me $75 in over draft fees. User’s recommendation: Run!
