Poor service
Today we were at the a7 pizzeria to order pizza to take away. Said it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. We sat at the table, 40 minutes passed. No news from the pizza. We have to ask, say that it has been ready for a long time. I asked why I was not warned, to which we receive an answer that we have to follow ourselves. But how do I know this pizza is mine, not someone else's, because there were other customers? The salesman saw that we sat and waited, but could not arrive? There is no order number on the check, and there is no box to know when to pick up, nor was a timer given! So the question is, can the customer know that his order is ready?
