Set up autopay in August. Worked fine in Sept and now not showing autopay. Funds were not pulled for Oct and account info that was set up nowhere to be found. They kept redirecting the problem to the owner. Clearly, this is a tech issue because it has happened to me at a different location. User’s recommendation: Ask to opt out of rent cafe.
Not user friendly and if there is a mistake — oh well you screwed. I would love to see the yahoos who wrote this tool, they should be made to use it for year! User’s recommendation: Avoid rentcafe at all cost.
