New to area, first time customer. Signed up for eStatements. They did not send a eStatement or bill pay reminder, so we missed our payment. They also did not send any warnings that we missed the payment and would have our water shut off. With no warning, they shut our water off. Annoying.
My water is shut off for non payment of bill despite 25+ years of having service from them. Of course, it is my fault and I am happy to pay a late fee for the same.
