Apply to apartment - $200 using credit card. Went to pay rent and they automatically took from CC and charged $38 service fee. Also can only have one email associated with apt and I have three people in my family renting so had to set up 3 emails --person who designed the system is horrible, it is not user friendly. If you call to get help - will get a person who can only help with logons and the folks at the apartment complex have no idea how to use the system. RENTcafe is scam to take your money! User's recommendation: Rent from places that DO NOT USE RENTcafe.
