I have had the worst experience with rent cafe, I did an accidental double payment on my rent, to which I called the office, and was told there was nothing they could do about it because it was all online. The next week, my bank issues stop payments without me knowing, so i get it removed and was told the funds are ready.I pay my rent again on Rent cafe's website, the very next day when the rent is due,I'm being told that Rentcafe disputed my payment again even though there's evidence that it's been removed. Tell me how you call your bank and speak to ten different people, and then calling your office just for them to tell you that the payment was disputed again through rentcafe, and now extra fees are being added to my account. Then when i call the office in my complex, they of course say that it's not on their end, it's the bank's fault. Which is funny because i actually went to my bank branch and they looked at my report, and the stop payment was definitely removed. So I don't understand why rent cafe keeps rejecting my payment, and no one seems to have any helpful information for me. It just seems that nobody knows anything, and I don't appreciate being charged late fees on that account, when there is seriously something wrong with the rent cafe's portal. I will never use this useless website again.
