DON’T USE REDFIN

Our buyer agent at Redfin does not fight for us. The seller breached the contract by not fixing the agreed items by the deadline and we found flooding water in the basement around furnace and water heater but our agent still sides with him and wanted us to go thru with the sale agreement.

They grossly underestimate current value and don’t care.

Nobody uses Redfin anyway but maybe it’s because their home values can NOT be trusted. They grossly underestimate listing values. Some people have appraisals and know the true value of their home.
