Nobody uses Redfin anyway but maybe it's because their home values can NOT be trusted. They grossly underestimate listing values. Some people have appraisals and know the true value of their home. I had never even heard of them until I listed my house. I doubt many others are familiar with them, either. Zillow leads the race in viewer count. When you're selling your home, Zillow is the place you want to be, not Redfin. Redfin isn't even on the radar. It looks like someone very inept attempted to make themselves relevant in the real estate realm and failed stupendously. They totally suck and just don't get it. We sellers do not need your woefully inadequate site feeding inaccurate info to buyers. Boycott Redfin.
