My home value is grossly understated on Redfin website.I have requested that they fix it multiple times. They refuse. I have even pointed out their own “statistic” on average SF price and how my home value does not even match their own “SF price”. They blame the “algorithm”. We hired a redfin buyer agent for our home purchase. She mis guided us and asked us to remove inpsection contingency. She then gave the lsiting agent details about our discussion with lender and loan issues behinfld our back. She also gave us incorrect information about our contingency removal date. Should I sue Redfin or the agent.
