Hotel canceled my reservation and wouldn’t honor it. Claimed it was canceled by phone. Nobody knew I was going there so that didn’t happen. I believe they canceled it so they could charge a higher fee or accommodate their friends or family. This was on Highway 127 yard sale. The reservation was made at their front desk...

A small company came to eat, I was one of the first to order, I didn't receive an order in 40 minutes, I had to be reminded of myself at least 3 times. The staff doesn't know what they're bringing to the table, because when they asked, they answered - I don't know, the impression is simply devastating, thank you.
