Not flexible and insist of charging extra

I had a brand new product sealed in a box and indicated 9.81kg as the gw on the box. Sent the parcel via QXpress to a buyer (bought the 10kg option) but was told by the company that the product weights 10.03kg so as me to pay extra $4. So far so good – 5 star service!

My favourite delivery guy – Simon who serves Compassvale area is amazing! Love that it’s always the same person so they are familiar with my requirements and not like other companies which send different people most of the time and I have to give instructions to them each time.
