TOO BAD SERVICE

Only engage delivery services that deliver to customers not asked customers to self-collect!

Cart No.:13135**** Never received items and already mentioned that there will be no one at home before 7pm and only after 7pm then there be someone home and if Qxpress kept insisting to send in the delivery before 7pm then the delivery will definitely failed. Do not use Qxpress

I was home on both delivery dates and time and the delivery man did not even knock the door or call my phone. There is no evidence that of delivery attempt yet delivery status was set as failed for both times. I believe the Qxpress would then tell me to pay more to have the parcel delivered... Read more➤

Work with accuracy

I used Qxpress to send our product to buyers. But they sent to wrong receiver and didnt notice it until my customer called and complained.
