Lack of honesty.

For 30 days I kept getting excuses why the transmission I ordered was not delivered. On the 30th day they decided the transmission was missing a part. Waste of time. Wish I would have read reviews before I paid. No honesty or integrity to be found with this company. User’s recommendation: Look somewhere else.

Poor Customer Service – Returns

I ordered a transmission from them and was told I would receive within 7-14 Business days. I finally received it 30 days later at which time I no longer needed it.
