Update by user Apr 14, 2020 my $ was refunded Update by user Apr 14, 2020 Company refunded $25.00 Original review posted by user Mar 15, 2020 Incompetent customer service agent couldn’t resolve issue (after being on hold for 20 min) and she hung up on me!! User’s recommendation: Avoid this company.
