Pure talk did take care of the problem. Would recommend this service. Inexpensive and took care of issue quickly.
Had to deal with T-Mobile not giving correct account number twice. Then, the next day I could not text pics from Pure Talk service, on hold, hung up on, asked to do a survey and I had not talked to anyone? I am on the phone waiting now. I do not understand why nothing can go easily...

i have lousy coverage, i have dead spots way too often. all the hype from Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh about how wonderful this company is not true. this is the worse experience with a carrier ever. how is this company in business?
