Placed online order for the Plaza location on Merrill Rd Jax Fl. Was told to pick up sub at 6:15. At 6:40 no one had even started making it. This is the 2nd time at this location. User’s recommendation: Do not use Publix Deli.
Publix used to be known for great customer service. Now they are becoming like Wal-Mart eliminating cashiers and forcing customers to scan, ring up and pack their own bags. This slows up service, turns customers into cashiers and greedily eliminates jobs. Very disappointing!!! User’s recommendation: Might as well ship at Wal-Mart, at least their prices are cheaper!
