Why would anybody pay high prices at Publix and then have to checkout your own groceries and bag them and take them out to car. Publix use to be a good store. Not anymore. Meat department is awful. You need a saw to cut the meat. We need a new grocery chain in Lakeland.

Cashier was very rude in the manner she was speaking to myself as a frequent customer I was surprised that this is allowed from this company she needs further training plus manners in regards to customer service there was no need for the manner she spoke to me.
