I did not hear from Prevention Magazine directly about my request to cancel my subscription.

After I posted my request on your platform I called Prevention Magazine’s customer service number and cancelled my automatic renewal by going through their prompts. I never spoke to a live person.

I cancelled my magazine several times and now I find you have deducted from my account. I gave NO APPROVAL for such. I want my subscription cancelled immediately and I will NEVER subscribe again. I will be checking my bank account for a refund. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy. Not worth it,
