Unauthorized charge on my bank account

I called Prevention customer service and told them I never authorized an auto renewal of my subscription, which incidentally doesn’t even end until May. They canceled the subscription and refunded my money. User’s recommendation: Don’t sign up for a subscription unless you don’t mind being auto-billed annually, as they will assume you want to continue your subscription... Read more➤
