It was impossible to do this on a Saturday afternoon. I got a stupid runaround and then they wanted to charge me $1.00 to go forward. I have genuinely tried to do the right thing and give them my new address. They have made it impossible to do on Saturday when I can take care of this....

I was on continuous subscription. Then I tried to cancel 2years ago. Did not happen. Then I wrote a letter 1 year ago. Still did not happen. Did email cancelation last month and just received another bill. Finally got through on phone and was promised that my subscription is canceled. It better be.
