I want to make my complaint and be careful when sending something from Dormeo. First I waited for my order for 2 months (it was said that everything will be in 10 working days). I bought a top mattress, bed linen, two ordinary cotton covers and as a gift I was promised to send a cotton satin cover (the consultant had said that the usual price for this is around 40 dollars). The package came - there is a top mattress, there is bed linen, there are two ordinary cotton covers, but the third cover is the same as the one I ordered. I called Dormeo and hoped for help. As a client, I expected a response from the consultant and hoped that we would resolve this situation peacefully, but I received insults from Dormeo. Dormeo says that - “We only have one type of covers,and if you don't like something, write a refusal and you can return the product. "Dormeo consultants are not competent, because one consultant says one, another consultant says completely different information. Never believe when you are promised something good and expensive as a gift, because you will damage yourself Also, firstly, the consultants promise to call back, which they never do when there is something to be solved, and secondly, they treat the client very rudely.
