Hi. I need to cancel my order and wanted to collect my parcel back. It already at kota damansara. I need you to hold before proceed to receiver. HOW? I NEED YOUR HELP. Ive tried to call there, NO ANSWER!!! and you stupid askpos not helpful at all. Unable to resolve my problem. Please!!!

Status of my parcel

Until today, I still couldn’t contact poslaju sungai besi for second delivery of my parcel. Been a month already and couldn’t get the status.
I accidentally put my address wrong pls help me I want to give it to my friend but my friend accidentally put her number wrong

Didn’t get parcel

My customer parcel didn’t receive yet……the parcel despatch out from Damansara Damai poslaju on 26/72021…..today 4th Aug ready my customer didn’t receive yet their item…….when I check tracking number same only write there….my customer asking me why their item until now didn’t receive……where is the parcel now. User’s recommendation: Please send parcels on time.

Parcel saya dari 15/06/21 dah sampai pos laju sitiawan..tapi sehingga hri ni tak di hntr pada alamat saya…very poor services-
