Could start fire

I plug it in and sparks started flying, I quickly unplugged. Good thing it was on a cutting board as it burnt the board and not my counter top!! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy it.

Missing feet

I bought a crock pot. at home I realized that it was missing a rubber foot.I was told that crock pot no longer has the right size of feet.I think that most parts for any item that is sold.The company should have parts indefinitely.I should of been offered a new crockpot

Lid is loose will not pressurize steam leaks out the side of lid

Once pressure built up the lid became sealed tight, I’m very happy with the pressure cooker. Especially the corned beef and cabbage I cooled in it and the pot roast, very delicious and quick. Satisfied customer.
