I still waiting for poslaju response on my parcel with tracking number PL673599****82. Yesterday I had receive my customer return and refund request due to not yet receive the parcel. I’m not understand why the parcel already reach poslaju center Bukit mertajam since 21/7/21, but still not delivered out, even though my customer stay in this area....

Hi, the status shows that the item delivered at 11:16am, 3/8, but i did not get the parcel. Why dont the deliveryman call me to take the parcel? I not sure where is my parcel, i just didnt received it.
