Pockit blocked my online banking account for no sensible reasons, I tried to pull out my money but the cash machine swallowed my card. I have been trying to contact them now for several months and I didnt receive any response. User’s recommendation: Don’t ever make a contract or bank account with pockit.

We are a business and applied for this card for our maintenance worker – we now have £980 on the card and they have restricted the account – no customer service help available by email or phone and they have stolen our money. Disgusting, it is theft!! User’s recommendation: Report to the police it is theft!!
