The Sony customer support bot is the most useless thing ever created. It talks you in circles and I had to lie to it in order to get a support ID so I could speak to a real human. They make it impossible to reset your account password, because for some godforsaken reason the password reset emails...

My account got hacked almost a year ago and still no one answers costumer service calls or their Faster assistance thing either I have about 5 years worth of gaming and money on that account, so I want the money I put into that account back! Or my account back!
